Go Sphere acts solely as a retail travel agent and booking intermediary. While we curate premium travel experiences, the legal and operational responsibility for flight schedules, accommodation standards, and land service quality lies exclusively with the primary suppliers. Go Sphere is not liable for any personal injury, property loss, or trip interruptions caused by weather events, political instability, or third-party negligence.
02. Documentation & Compliance
It is the traveler’s individual responsibility to ensure possession of valid travel documents, including passports with sufficient validity, visas, re-entry permits, and health certifications required by destination authorities. Go Sphere shall not be responsible for any losses, penalties, or expenses incurred by travelers who are denied boarding or entry due to failure to meet legal entry requirements or health-related entry protocols.
