Initial planning deposits (20%) are non-refundable to cover the curation of your itinerary.
Vendor-specific windows: Airline tickets are subject to carrier policies; hotel cancellations are generally valid up to 30 days prior to arrival.
In the event of unavoidable changes, Go Sphere proactively advocates for traveler credits toward future journeys.
Refund processing typically takes 7-10 business days following vendor approval.
